The architects situated the home to take advantage of the spectacular pond view. In doing so, they created an enfilade that expands the length of this grand home. Graceful and curved French doors open to a water feature and serene pond just beyond the kitty's view.
The open-concept kitchen of this pond-front estate flows seamlessly into the family room and incorporates the same beachy elements found throughout the home. Neutral tones, bright whites, oceanic blues, textural elements and mixed woods combine to make this the ideal spot for entertaining.
By combining old with new, we were able to remain true to the design’s inspirational theme of Tulum where old Mexico serenely blends with new world charm. Like its inspiration, this bedroom provides a tranquil haven.
This hard working mudroom keeps a family of five, a high energy puppy and two sweet cats organized and ready for any adventure and all the New England weather.
