This new home fulfills a couple's desire to downsize and simplify their lifestyle. Cool tones with highly textured finishes hint at the coastal views just beyond.

Texture, pattern, and a limited color palette tell the story of this new home, while newly reupholstered furniture and a delicate crystal chandelier reach back to the homeowners' previous abode. By mixing old furniture with new pieces, as well as show-stopping light fixtures, we designed a home to be enjoyed for years to come.

Brass tacks and navy blue tape frame the staircase runner, while the hand-printed wallpaper with a rope motif gives a nod to the water beyond.
